We mixed apple strudels, crunchy shortbread cookies, creamy white chocolate chips and crispy vanilla wafers throughout our moist shortbread cookie dough. Stuffed with a homemade, slow cooked apple butter filling! That's dipped into cream cheese glaze. Then topped with shortbread crumble & powder sugar!
