Q- How and when can I order?
Orders should be placed roughly 2-3 weeks in advance from desired date of arrival.
A-We just recently started keep our mini sample packs open for ordering 24/7. For specialty menus- those launch twice per month! These are usually 1x only flavors and remain open for about half a week for orders to come in. BUT certain flavors will sell out sooner than others so it’s always advices to order the day we open.
It takes about 7-9 business days from the day you order from our specialty menu for us to ship. During this time we need to shop, make, bake, and package orders and then take to USPS. *Everything is made from scratch and fresh which is why the turn around time isn’t as immediate as one would like haha- but we promise it’s worth the wait!*
Q- What is your turn around time frame?
A- Because it is just me, my turn around time frame is anywhere from 10-14 days. I am working on narrowing this block down, but I rather take a little bit more time and keep the quality high rather than cut corners which could ultimately effect the product and or shipping. Now this will also depend on if you are placing your order in the pre order section or the open orders. Because preorders have to be made- they will most likely take the full amount of time.
Q- Can I freeze these babies? How long is their shelf life?
A- They are good at room temperature for roughly 2 weeks. I typically recommend keeping them in the fridge until a few hours before you want to eat them just to ensure maximum freshness. Anything with cream cheese or dairy-like fillings I’d certainly recommend refrigerating. They will freeze well for up to 4 month.. if you can keep yourself from eating them for that long!
Microwaving for 10-20 seconds (depending on wattage) is recommended
Q- How long is shipping?
A- Shipping is always priority, 2-3 days shipping. So if I Ship Monday, you'll get your orders by Wednesday or Thursday of that week. If I ship Friday, you'll get your orders typically the following Monday or Tuesday.

Q- Shipping Costs?
A- Shipping is a flat rate of $15
Q- Where can I find the nutrition information/macros ?
A- This is a generic estimate of half a cookie(based off grams) figure each cookie is roughly 225-380g(depending on flavor etc).
Simply look up a generic cookie brand(Nestle,Pillsbury,etc.)
Weigh the weight of how much you plan to consume of the cookie.
Track that number in grams under the generic brand you choose.
Track the filling & whatever mix ins.
*remember that if you pick a choc chip cookie dough to track that the dough takes into account the choc chips already in it, so you don’t need to track that again*
