All cookies are made in a non-allergy friendly facility where cross contamination is possible to occur. If you have any specific allergies please DM me on Instagram with any questions or concerns before placing your orders, it's always better to be safe rather than sorry!
Cookies are home produced.
**If for any reason an order needs to be cancelled, it must be cancelled within 12hrs from the time the order was placed. **
SHIPPING POLICIES:
Please make sure to double check that your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for any packages being lost due to inaccurate addresses or postal confusion.
We can assure you that all packages will be sent out perfectly in tact and fresh as can be!
If a package is lost or damaged please file a claim with your local USPS. It is your responsibility as the buyer to track your package and to file a claim with USPS if there are any issues with your order. No refunds or replacements will be issued for damaged goods or lost goods.If a package is sent back, another shipping fee will be issued in order for us to ship again.
We are not responsible for your packages once they are in USPS's hands. Once a shipment is brought to USPS, we have no control over that shipment and any tracking or further question should be taken up with your local postal services. (Thank you in advance)
Please keep an eye out for your packages, during hotter months, since food goods are what’s being shipped - it is not advised to leave a package outside in the sun for extended periods of time. There is a potential for melting to occur, that’s going to happen when it gets hotter. Unfortunately we cannot control the weather. Please plan ahead, track your orders and ship your order to an appropriate address. (If you will not be home to receive your package, ship it to your work or somewhere where it can be brought immediately inside.)
Orders should be placed roughly 2-3 weeks in advance from desired date of arrival.
There are NO refunds or exchanges on any products.
We are NOT responsible for any packages that have been marked as “delivered” by USPS. Any chargebacks will be disputed and directed towards USPS, as they are responsible for delivering packages. Once we drop off orders at USPS, and your package is scanned in by them, we have no control over the order and are no longer responsible for it. Please file a claim with USPS, not our website.
