First, we chopped up confetti poptarts, white chocolate chunks, Lofthouse cookies and Biscoff cookies, then we tossed all those into our deliciously moist sugar cookie dough. Stuffed the middle with our infamous cake batter filling and baked the big baby until it had lightly crisp edges. Then we dipped the cookie into cookie butter and poured warm white chocolate on-top, finished off with Biscoff-vanilla cookie crumbles.
