This refreshing cookie starts with an Italian wedding-like base (almond flavor cookie) with lemon KitKats, white chocolate chips, lemon Oreos and homemade sugar cookie chunks mixed throughout the dough. It’s then stuffed with a homemade Swiss meringue vanilla-lemon buttercream filling!
